Wednesday: 7:00 PM-11:00 PM Registration-Marriott Hotel (8440 Freeport Parkway, Irving, Texas 75063) There will be snacks and refreshments provided for coaches and students. * Schools are able to drop off tubs at Coppell High School between 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.

Thursday: 8:00 AM-10:00 AM Late Registration (discouraged)-Marriott Hotel (8440 Freeport Parkway, Irving, Texas)
Students can be dropped off between 1:00-2:00 and can wait in the auditorium until school is dismissed at 2:30.
2:00-3:00: Tab Staff Meeting in Library at Coppell High School

3:00-5:00: Congress Prelims A (2 hour session)

Posting of Quarterfinalists in Individual events by 10:30. Posting of Super congress by midnight. Registration for consolation events will occur online at www.joyoftournaments.com on the same TFA state page in which you did your original entry. Registration for consolation events will be open from Friday morning until 6:00 am on Saturday morning. After breaks are posted on Friday night, computers will be available in the library until midnight to facilitate the process of re-registration. Coaches will be responsible for getting students registered by the deadline.

8:00-10:00: Congress Finals A (2 hour session)
8:30: CX Octos, LD Double Octos
10:00: Extemp Draw for quarterfinals, Quarterfinals of individual events
11:00: Consolation event quarterfinals
12:00: CX Quarters, LD Octos, Duet Finals
12:00-2:00: Congress Finals B (2 hour session)
2:00: CX Semis, LD Quarters, Duo Finals
2:30: Consolation event semis
3:30: Extemp Draw for Semis, Semis for individual events
5:00: CX Finals, LD Semis
5:30: Consolation event finals
6:00: Extemp Draw for Finals, Individual event finals

9:00: Awards in Coppell High School Auditorium

Note: Lincoln Douglas and Cross Examination Debate rounds will be accelerated when no cross-entries with individual events remain. It is the responsibility of the contestant and coach to check postings for notice of start times of rounds. All teams advancing to the next round are to remain in the room in which they have just competed to wait the tabulation of results. The next round’s pairings will be brought to the room(s) where advancing contestants are waiting when tabulation is completed and verified.

Sunday:

9:00-10:30: Breakfast of Champions at Marriott Hotel (All State champions, scholarship winners, and coaches should plan to attend. The guest speaker will be National Forensic League Secretary, Scott Wunn.)
